Google Releases New Web Search that Contains Text Links Only

For those of you who want it simple and only need text search results, Google just released the Web tab in Search a few days ago. This feature, as Google admits via their X account, says that search results will only display links in the form of text.

This means, no more images, video links, and AI searches will appear. Makes the search display look neater and more minimalist. Which is also a favorite of some users.

This feature is available globally and the author was curious whether this feature was available in Indonesia, and it turns out it is already available.

Many Users Complain That Top Searches Are Still Dominated by Ads

Even though the appearance is neater, there are also users who find that some of the top search results still display advertisements but in the form of text links. This will certainly confuse the target that the user wants to find.

Some users still recommend using adblocker because the search results can still be removed by adblocker. Now the user's request is only that this feature can be used as the main choice every time they search. Which there is no news yet when it will be implemented by Google.
